Setup pivot objects where you want the camera to switch positions to. Then when you wanna switch, set the cam position to the desired pivot's position. If you wanna do a smooth transition instead of snapping to the desired position, you can set a target position and then update camera's position to the target over time.
You really need to know the details/parameters of your game's cutscenes beforehand. No hand-holding turnkley solutions I know of for blitz3D.
